Bull rider Dylan Grant (24) from Pavillion with Northern Colorado ties was struck by a bull at the Wharton County Youth Fair Xtreme Bulls rodeo on April 3 in Wharton, Texas and later died at a Houston hospital.
Boat ramps at Horsetooth Reservoir’s South Bay and Carter Lake’s North Pines ramp opened April 1 for boating season and closed Friday at 1 p.m. They reopened Saturday and operate daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.—hours will be extended later in the season.
