Metropolitan Academy of Dance announced it will offer summer camps that include dance lessons and creative activities — registration details will be available soon.

Starting April 23, fixed-wing airplanes flew over Fort Collins, Loveland, Estes Park and Longmont to scan Platte River Power Authority transmission lines and structures for asset management while flying at about 1,500 feet.

There are no set flight times and the scanning is expected to last a few days—weather may change the plan.
