A Livability report names Loveland, Colorado Springs and Aurora among the top 100 best places to live in the U.S. for 2026.

The Loveland Resource Center closed April 30, leaving a gap for people who relied on it for food and shelter as the city works on long-term homelessness solutions.
The Salvation Army is doubling its Lincoln Avenue facility and will open a larger center at the end of May to serve those in need.

Developers broke ground on Avenue South, a 140-acre mixed-use district in Centerra approved by Loveland City Council.
The billion-dollar project includes a 3.2 acre park, 18 restaurants, 32 retailers, an amphitheater + plans for 475 homes, 1,250 multi-family units, and 150,000 sqft of office space.
