A local teacher is offering advice to help families save money as back-to-school shopping costs rise.
The National Retail Federation reports that families with children from elementary to high school will spend about $858 on back-to-school items (including supplies, electronics and clothes).

Coach Prime held his first 2025 camp news conference Monday morning with his medical team (including representatives from CU Anschutz and UCHealth) to address health concerns following his absence after spring practice.
He had earlier used social media to say he was OK.
