- ➤ Jefferson County deputies responded to a road rage incident in Clear Creek Canyon on August 2 when a suspect fired a gun, tossed evidence in a pond, and rammed a deputy's car—two suspects then fled into a Golden Ridge apartment complex in Golden and were arrested around 9 a.m.—with no injuries reported and several weapons recovered.
