A Colorado suspect – covered in mud and wearing a black Speedo – was arrested in Idaho Springs on Tuesday at Indian Hot Springs after he tried to flee police and is facing charges including assault on a peace officer, burglary, obstruction, and resisting arrest.

Homeowners pulled their properties off the market instead of lowering prices, with delistings rising 38% since the start of 2025 and reaching 21 per 100 new listings in June.
