Following a fatal crash on Interstate 70 that killed three, officials are reducing the speed limit in the work zone from 60 mph to 55 mph and adding safety features.

Charges of child abuse and assault against Loveland police officer Wilbert Howard were dismissed after the alleged victim's story aligned with Howard's, ahead of the scheduled trial.
