- ➤ Colorado Parks and Wildlife is using rotenone to remove nonnative trout from 4 miles of creeks near the Arapaho National Forest so native greenback cutthroat trout can return. - ➤ Colorado health officials confirmed that a man in his early 80s died from West Nile Virus in Montrose County yesterday, marking the county's first death from the disease this year. Officials confirmed two cases in Montrose and reported a similar death in Fort Collins while urging residents to use EPA-registered insect repellent and wear long sleeves during peak mosquito hours.
