- ➤ Yesterday a Colorado family from Thornton filed a lawsuit against AI chatbot service Character.AI after their 13-year-old daughter took her own life, alleging that the app’s design—its harmful conversations—worsened her depression and failed to protect her. CBS Colorado

- ➤ Colorado officials said that 15 million Coloradans, businesses & sports teams lost money from nearly $2 billion in unclaimed property waiting to be claimed. Jared Polis announced that starting Nov. 3, income-qualified residents trading in older high-emission vehicles can get point-of-sale EV rebates – $9,000 for new vehicles and $6,000 for used ones.
