- ➤ Fort Collins and Larimer County purchased a 675-acre Buckhorn addition to Bobcat Ridge Natural Area to stop a planned housing development and add to its 20-mile trail system. - ➤ Colorado Parks and Wildlife is talking with Alaska officials about capturing 10 to 15 wolves for release in Colorado this winter—officials say the plan is a backup since trade issues may limit wolves from Canada.
