- ➤ Yesterday, Loveland Police Department installed a Narcan kiosk near the station at 810 E. 10th Street, and it is stocked and ready for community use to help reverse opioid overdoses. The kiosk lets anyone take a box without fee (Narcan can restore breathing within 2 to 3 minutes) and offers critical support in emergencies (some overdoses may need more than one dose for drugs like fentanyl).
