On Dec. 2, the Poudre School District Board of Education met after new members were sworn in on Dec.
1, electing Jessica Zamora as president and Kevin Havelda as vice president for two years, replacing term-limited Kristen Draper. Election results from Nov. 4 were confirmed under state law.
🏥 Health
Heart experts warn that shoveling snow can strain the heart for people over 45 or with heart risks, so they advise pushing snow or using a snow blower instead of lifting.
The guidance also recommends taking breaks and pacing work to help avoid injury.
